Asst. Prof. Dr. Dr.- Ing Sunantha Sodsee, Dean of faculty of information technology and digital innovation, gives a talk on "Applying Modified CNN for Detecting Intrusion" not only showcased cutting-edge cybersecurity techniques but also inspired students for doing academic research. Her insights into how machine learning models can be tailored to enhance network security opened up exciting avenues for students interested in the applying AI to Cybersecurity domain.
Meanwhile, Asst. Prof. Dr. Siranee Nuchitprasitchai, Chair of Bachelor of Science Program in Informatics for Digital Economy (International Program), introduced the international programs offered by ITD, encouraging students to pursue Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD degrees, emphasizing the global opportunities available for those passionate about research and innovation in science and technology. The students at the School of Data Science at QUST were motivated by the possibilities to contribute to groundbreaking research, collaborate internationally, and shape the future of science and technology.
