Mr. Sanguansak Sanpen, a second-year student in the Bachelor of Science Program in Informatics for Digital Economy (International Program), has recently taken on an important role as a United Nation or UN volunteer. He is contributing to the review process of the Thai SDG Micro-Primer, an e-learning tool designed to spread awareness about the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In his first virtual meeting with fellow volunteers and members of the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office in Thailand, they discussed their mission to enhance the visibility and understanding of the SDGs. Their focus is on refining the SDG Micro-Primer, ensuring that it provides clear, useful content in both English and Thai. This initiative underscores the significance of global partnerships in achieving the goals set forth by the 2030 Agenda. Through this collaborative effort, Sanguansak and his peers are helping to strengthen the UN's commitment to sustainable progress in Thailand.
